Hi Isabel,

My husband is a hunter and we eat a lot of venison. Would you consider this an "organic" meat? We do add 10% pork tallow during processing. Also, I'm sure the deer eat the corn grown in fields around here (Iowa). Thanks so much!

Hey Liz,
You can bake the salmon. It will be a little less flaky than broiling it and might double the cooking time.

Hi Isabel,

I’ve recently bought your Diet Solution plan and am loving its simplicity and how good I feel following it. Just a quick question: Are the meat portions (listed in the meal plans) measured raw or cooked?

Many thanks,

Hello,
I recently bought your books. My question is to clarify a couple of suggestions in your book Quick Start Guide. You said that the serving sizes outlined for the 6wks are the "minimum" we should be eating. Well the portions are very filling and I want to know if it is ok if we don't finish all of the meal as long as we are not hungry. Can I continue to munch on the snack throughout the 3hrs between meals?
Also you said that any breads, sweets, pastas would deter the results. Does that include potatoes?

Thanky you

Hi Isabel,

Just wanted to let you know I started your plan off last Friday with the 6 week quick start plan. Got on the scale this morning and have lost 5 lbs. already. Never thought I would be eating vegetables in the morning or for a snack. The dressing is delicious. Was wondering if I can start the fish oil sooner than you say? I've taken fish oil before but would love to try the kind you use. Should I be using the protein with the quick start plan too? Please let me know when you get a chance. Your baby is really cute in the videos. How old is he? Hope the teething is getting better. My youngest is 16 months and he's getting his molars in. Thanks for all the great advice.

Hey Isabel
Happy New Year!
I was just wondering if you had a vegetarian version for the meal plan. I'm having a little trouble varying the protein choices as a vegetarian.

Hi Isabel,
I am just starting your 7 day E-course im a little confused is 1 black tea alright in the morning? and does the meat & veggies that I consume have to be organic? & why??is it for weight loss reasons or just healthier?
do you have an exercise program that goes with the 7 day e course I have been on Vinces web site and his workout is amazing im all about the abs the only spot I have flab. Is there such a thing as overworking abs and with the changing of way you eat enough to burn the fat off the belly. Its very confusing because i think im reading too much info. on everybod but seem to want to stick with you because you are female and understand the body.
